Directions to our Speedway office:

From I-465 and I-74 take the Speedway exit (exit 16A) heading east on Crawfordsville Road. After about 1 mile turn left onto 22nd Street. This will be after Kohl's and just before the Pizza Hut. Turn left into Corporate Square. We are located in building #1, the first door on the left. Once inside, look for Suite 103 on the left.

Bloomington Hospital's Advanced Pain Center is in the old "Prompt Care" building on the east side, near College Mall.  From 37, take 46/the Bypass east.  Continue past 3rd and 2nd  street on College Mall Road.  Take a left at the Union Planters Bank (Covenanter Drive) go to the 4 way stop then turn left on Auto Mall Road.  We are the 2nd building on the left across from Pier 1.
